These terms of service govern the use of the website axa-servis.si and the online service booking system operated by AXA Servis Koles, Partizanska cesta 11, 4260 Bled, Slovenia.

Pricing displayed on the website is indicative and serves as a general guide. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the bicycle, the scope of work required, and any additional parts or materials needed.

When using our services, you agree to:

• ●Deliver the bicycle to our workshop at the agreed time, or make it available for on-site service as arranged

We commit to:

• ●Returning the bicycle in properly serviced condition

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

Additional materials and replacement parts required for proper functioning and safety of the bicycle are charged separately. We will inform you of any such costs before proceeding with the work.

Payment terms are agreed upon completion of the service.

You may cancel a service request at any time before work has begun by contacting us via email or phone.

Once work has commenced, cancellation may be subject to a fee covering the work already performed and any materials used.

We are liable for damage caused by our negligence during the performance of the service.

We are not liable for:

• ●Normal wear and tear
• ●Issues arising from parts or materials not supplied by us
• ●Damage resulting from improper use of the bicycle after service
